Key Responsibilities
- Supervise nursing staff across assigned units and shifts.
- Manage rosters, competency assessments and training plans.
- Champion quality, safety and NABH compliance initiatives.
- Resolve escalations and support patient-experience goals.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc Nursing with valid registration; M.Sc preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of nursing experience with a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
