Role Overview
Deliver compassionate, high-acuity critical care nursing in a modern, well-equipped intensive care unit. This role demands not only exceptional technical proficiency but also a commitment to compassionate patient care, multidisciplinary collaboration and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care for critically ill patients in the ICU.
- Monitor vitals, administer medication and operate life-support equipment.
- Coordinate closely with intensivists and the multidisciplinary team.
- Maintain infection-control and patient-safety standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- B.Sc / GNM Nursing with valid state council registration.
- Minimum 2 years of critical-care nursing experience.
- BLS / ACLS certification preferred.
